When I was at Bryce Canyon, of course the money views were beyond the rock walls these ravens are perched on, looking over that vast landscape that's unlike anywhere else. But each overlook I stopped at, I shared with ravens. I loved watching them soar out and over the canyon in lazy circles. They'd bank and land on these walls right next to me, usually in pairs, and either totally ignore me or chatter loudly in their unique croaky voice. They are as much a part of my memory of Bryce as the hoodoos themselves!
